Marketing Project Manager – Digital Agency

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 annually
Location: Remote (US-based Only)

Who We Are

Pierson Media is a boutique digital marketing and creative agency founded in 2012, headquartered in Miami, Florida. We are a team of creatives, designers, marketers, and web developers who study markets, analyze trends, and craft strategies that take businesses to the next level.

With over 25 years of industry experience, we specialize in building strong digital brands, driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and helping companies stand out in today’s fast-moving landscape. Our work spans tech, professional services, and digital-first industries, and we continue to grow and take on new challenges.

No matter what new scenarios arise, our mission stays the same: be the secret weapon that helps our clients scale and succeed.

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to take ownership of day-to-day project flow across our client portfolio. This role is about organization, coordination, and communication, ensuring that client deliverables move smoothly from strategy through creative, development, and reporting.

You’ll take ownership of project delivery across multiple clients, from onboarding to reporting, ensuring every project runs smoothly and on schedule. You’ll coordinate tasks with designers, developers, SEO, and paid ads specialists, and you’ll lead client onboarding and reporting cycles.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves managing multiple moving parts, and enjoys both client interaction and internal coordination, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding: gather assets, set expectations, and keep projects on track from day one.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets using Monday.com (or similar).
  • Coordinate internal resources (designers, developers, SEO, paid media) to hit deadlines.
  • Serve as the client-facing point of contact for onboarding and reporting calls.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with strategist input.
  • QA deliverables before client delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Draft project timelines, scopes, and deliverables for proposals.
  • Build SOPs and streamline workflows for onboarding, reporting, and communication.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in project management or client account management, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, Paid Ads, LinkedIn, email) required.
  • Strong organizational skills. You love deadlines, checklists, and making sure nothing slips.
  • Clear communicator who can translate between clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.

Why Join Us

  • Be the backbone of a growing agency. Your work keeps projects and clients running smoothly.
  • Work closely with leadership while independently managing projects.
  • Growth opportunity: this role can evolve into a senior leadership position (Client Services or Operations Director) as the agency scales.
  • Remote-first culture with a collaborative, creative team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, remote schedule (40 hrs/week). This is a dedicated position, and we ask that it be your primary daytime role.
  • This role offers a competitive salary in the range of $55,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience, with opportunities for growth as the agency expands.
  • We offer paid time off, parental leave, referral program, and professional development assistance, with benefits designed to evolve as you grow within the role.
