The Marketing Reporting Analyst / PM is the primary business facing analytics lead responsible for translating Guardian’s marketing objectives into actionable, trusted insights delivered through Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics delivery, and program execution, ensuring reporting solutions are aligned to business priorities and delivered with discipline.
This role owns the definition, prioritization, and delivery of marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that enable leadership to understand performance across campaigns, channels, and customer journeys. Acting as a bridge between marketing stakeholders and technical teams, the Analyst/PM ensures that reporting requirements are clearly articulated, validated, and implemented correctly within CJA—while maintaining traceability back to source data and business intent.
In addition to analytics ownership, this role provides lightweight project and delivery management, coordinating backlog priorities, facilitating working sessions, managing dependencies, and guiding dashboards from concept to production. The role plays a key part in stakeholder adoption by driving validation workshops, UAT cycles, and enablement activities so that insights are not only delivered, but actively used.
The Marketing Reporting Analyst / PM also contributes to marketing performance storytelling, helping translate complex analytics into clear narratives for executives—supporting ROI analysis, attribution views, and decision making across Guardian’s marketing organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with effective communication and organizational skills, and who thrives in a consultative, fast moving analytics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own marketing reporting requirements, KPIs, and dashboard definitions
Translate business use cases into CJA metrics, dimensions, and datasets
Partner with the CJA Tech Lead to ensure data models meet reporting needs
Lead dashboard planning, prioritization, and iterative delivery
Manage reporting backlog, milestones, and dependencies
Conduct stakeholder working sessions for KPI validation and sign off
Perform data validation, trend analysis, and insight generation
Coordinate UAT, feedback loops, and production rollouts
Develop documentation, enablement materials, and dashboard guides
Provide leadership ready storytelling for marketing performance and ROI
Required Experience:
5 to 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or analytics program roles
2 to 4+ years’ experience working with Adobe Analytics, CJA, or similar enterprise platforms
Proven experience managing stakeholders and analytics delivery in agile or hybrid models
Experience supporting executive and leadership reporting
Primary (Need to Have) Skills & Technologies:
Marketing analytics & performance measurement
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) (reporting & dashboards)
KPI framework development and validation
Dashboard design and storytelling for executives
Strong SQL or analytical validation skills
Agile delivery, backlog management, and dependency tracking
Stakeholder facilitation and requirement translation
Data QA and metric reconciliation
Secondary (Nice to Have) Skills & Technologies:
GA4 or Google Analytics background
Cross channel attribution and funnel analysis
Adobe Workfront, AEM, or campaign planning tools
Power BI / Tableau exposure (for comparison or transition contexts)
Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tooling
Experience working with regulated data or compliance driven environments
Prior insurance or financial services industry experience

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.08/hour - $75.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
