Marketing Representative & Social Media Specialist

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content across all major social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages; respond promptly to inquiries and engage with followers.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals and initiatives.
• Assist in creating visual content using photography and design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other Adobe Suite products.
• Act as a marketing representative for LoKation Real Estate, sharing company updates, events, and initiatives with agents, partners, and the local community.
• Support recruiting and business development efforts by promoting agent success stories, company achievements, and upcoming events.
• Represent the brand at internal and external events, capturing photo/video content and engaging with agents to build relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite.
• Basic photography skills are a plus; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights from metrics.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to represent the brand in agent- and client-facing interactions.
• Enthusiastic about relationship-building, networking, and being the “face” of the brand in marketing efforts.
• Required availability: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
