Position Summary
We are searching for a detail-oriented, data-driven Marketing Research Analyst to join our marketing organization. The Analyst will be an important member of the team and will analyze marketing performance, provide identification of trends, and provide insights for each program so that the marketing team can rely on data to make business decisions. The successful candidate will have strong analytical abilities and an understanding of digital marketing metrics. The ideal Marketing Analyst will also have a true passion for utilizing complex data to provide clear recommendations and drive growth and optimization across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
Key responsibilities:

Provide Daily performance reports with sales, traffic, conversion, and key marketing metrics.

Report on campaign performance & sales results across all channels (paid, organic, email, etc).

Track user behavior, reviewing drop-off points, moments of friction, and opportunities for improving UX, using Hotjar, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and so forth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to assess campaign performance and optimize based on data.

Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports in order to accommodate the complex data in a way that is actionable to other teams.

Help track KPIs and aid in data-led decision making by teams.

Stay current with the platform and the new analytics features to refine and develop ongoing reporting and analysis.
Qualifications:

+4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related field, preferably in e-commerce.

Strong hands-on knowledge of analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and experience with reporting tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, etc.

Proven ability to create clear, insightful reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision making.

Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and user journey analysis.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse teams.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and curious, always eager to dig deeper into data.

Work cross-departmentally with product, sales, and marketing to help ensure accuracy and consistency.
