Position Overview:

The Marketing & Research Analyst is a data-centric role focused on creating and maintaining performance dashboards that drive business decision-making. This position integrates internal financial data, sales growth metrics, and market research to forecast future trends — supporting marketing strategies and other departments with actionable insights. The analyst ensures data is structured, accurate, and presented for maximum clarity to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Data Analysis:
  • Conduct deep research on market trends, competitor positioning, and industry forecasts.
  • Analyze internal data, including financial performance, sales growth, and operational metrics, to identify insights for business development.
  • Predict market demands, import scenarios, and growth opportunities through advanced data modeling.
  • Communicate/ Negotiate with Exporters
  • Dashboard Creation and Data Visualization:
  • Design and maintain real-time performance dashboards for sales, marketing, and financial reporting.
  • Structure raw data into clear, organized, and visual formats for easy decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and automate reporting processes where possible.
  • Strategic Support for Departments:
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to support their data and analysis needs.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data.
  • Develop data-backed recommendations to improve profitability and resource allocation.
  • Critical Thinking and Decision Support:
  • Use analytical tools to uncover hidden patterns and predict future performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights that guide leadership in strategic planning and market positioning.
  • Continuously refine research methodologies and data models to enhance reliability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Research Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst (1+ years preferred).
  • Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros), Power BI, or Tableau for dashboard creation.
  • Strong understanding of financial data and sales analytics.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable business insights.
  • Critical thinking mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
