We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Sales Executive (male or female) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our client base, forging strong business relationships, and achieving ambitious sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and consistently exceed the monthly sales target of QAR 200,000 through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory or sector (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial).
- Conduct professional presentations and proposals to potential clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of Fabtech's services.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, ensuring a high level of client service and responsiveness.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, positioning Fabtech as a trusted partner.
- Gather market and customer information to provide insights to management on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Reporting & Planning
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and sales results.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review performance, strategies, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Proven gcc work experience of 5 years as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably within the [Relevant industry, e.g., services, B2B, facility management] sector in Qatar.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A valid, current Qatar Driving License is Mandatory.
- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Highly Preferred
- Ownership of a personal vehicle is highly preferred to facilitate client meetings and site visits across the territory. (A vehicle allowance may be offered, subject to company policy).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
