Marketing & Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative with/ without B2B sales experience to join our dynamic Sales Team.

As a first line sales representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our IT Consumable products and generating leads over the phone/visits initially.

If you have a UAE driving License then you will be provided with a company car. If not, then we will appreciate it if you could apply for one within the first 3months of taking up the Job.

Your role will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our range of products.
2. Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
3.Present product benefits and pricing to potential customers in a compelling manner.
4. Collaborate with team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads generated,
5. Maintain accurate and up to date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets by consistently achieving set sales quotas.
7. Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, trends and competitors to effectively address customer inquiries.
8. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
2. Goal oriented mindset
3. Familiarity with CRM Software and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
5. A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Education:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

We are a 20+ year old IT consumable manufacturing company in Dubai with branch offices in Ajman & Ras Al Khaimah along with a strong regional presence.

Office Location is in Al Qusais and timings are Monday-Friday (9AM - 5PM) Sat (9AM-1PM) & Sun (Day Off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
