Job Title: Sales Executive — Luxury Finishes & Project Sales

Terra Porta is looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive for our handles, tiles, smart locks, and luxury architectural finishes division.
We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell to developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, consultants, and large villa / building projects.
The role is focused on developing sales for:
- Techlam porcelain tiles and large-format slabs
- Luxury decorative handles
- High-end architectural hardware
- Smart locks and access control systems
- Smart home / smart door devices
- Other premium finishing products used in luxury residential and commercial projects
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and project decision-makers
- Introduce Terra Porta’s premium products to large residential, villa, hospitality, and commercial projects
- Promote Techlam tiles, luxury handles, smart locks, and related high-end finishes
- Visit clients, consultants, design offices, project sites, and showrooms
- Identify upcoming projects where premium finishes are required
- Arrange product presentations, samples, catalogues, and technical discussions
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, approvals, and project specifications
- Work to get Terra Porta products specified in projects at the design or procurement stage
- Coordinate with the internal team for pricing, samples, technical details, and delivery timelines
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline and follow up consistently until closing
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in a related field
- Experience selling to large projects, developers, architects, designers, consultants, or contractors
- Background in tiles, sanitaryware, architectural hardware, doors, kitchens, wardrobes, smart home, lighting, flooring, cladding, or luxury interior finishes is preferred
- Strong network in the UAE construction, design, or real estate project market is a major advantage
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to approach new clients confidently and build long-term relationships
- Must be target-driven, organized, and consistent with follow-ups
- UAE driving license is preferred
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should already know how the UAE project market works - how to approach consultants, designers, developers, contractors, procurement teams, and project owners. Experience in this field is a must and candidate should already be in touch with key decision makers in this field. This is not only showroom sales. The main goal is to build relationships, get our products specified, and close high-value project orders.
