Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing and Online Presence Management (In Lieu with Digital Marketing Agency)

  • Digital Strategy Oversight: Collaborate closely with the external Digital Marketing Agency to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing) aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Online Portfolio Optimization: Provide continuous, actionable suggestions and feedback to the agency for improving the company's online portfolio, website, and social media presence to ensure it accurately and attractively reflects the quality and breadth of Antarya Concepts' interior services and projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all online and offline marketing materials adhere to Antarya Concepts' brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional image across all communication channels.
  • Content and Collateral Development: Guide the creation of high-quality marketing content (case studies, blog posts, project highlights, presentations) that clearly articulates the value proposition of our interior services.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and digital channels, using data-driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments and maximize ROI.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and client needs within the interior design and architectural services sector to inform marketing and service development strategies.

B. Sales and Client Relationship Management

  • Lead Management and Conversion: Take ownership of the lead-to-client conversion process for all high-potential, "lead clients." This includes initial contact, qualification, and strategic follow-up.
  • Service Presentation: Conduct engaging and detailed presentations to lead clients, clearly explaining Antarya Concepts' interior design, architectural, and related services, emphasizing unique selling propositions and customized solutions.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Proactively listen to and understand the specific design, functional, and budgetary needs of potential clients to effectively position the most relevant services.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with the design and operations teams to craft compelling, tailored proposals and quotes that meet client requirements and business profitability goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, architects, and industry partners to foster repeat business and secure referrals.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set, track, and consistently achieve aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets for the company.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (e.g.,8+years) in a senior Sales and Marketing role, preferably within the Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Luxury/Bespoke Services industry.
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, online portfolio management, and working with digital agencies.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in client-facing sales roles, particularly in negotiating and closing high-value, service-based contracts.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts simply and persuasively.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, capable of translating marketing data into tangible business improvements.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage external agency relationships effectively.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client-centric approach.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and presentation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
