Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager – Indian Mandi Operations

TGX (Techcruz Global Exports) is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in agro-commodity farming & trading. We aim to establish a strong presence across India’s mandi system by building relationships with traders, optimizing sales processes, and delivering high-quality agro products.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in the Indian mandi market. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, a deep understanding of the Indian mandi ecosystem, and proven expertise in relationship-building, commodity trading, and end-to-end market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Indian mandi market.
  • Drive revenue growth through commission-based or fixed-price sales models.

Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with mandi traders, buyers, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for negotiations and conflict resolution.

Market Operations:

  • Oversee the end-to-end process from marketing, sales, and logistics to product delivery.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the mandi network and internal teams.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within Indian mandis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the agro-commodity or related sector.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of the Indian mandi system, including trader dynamics, market trends, and commodity pricing.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Availability: Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
