Key Requirements:

professional with 8+ to 20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry as Marketing Professional.

Experience in various business Experience of various product lines especially Injectables IV

1. Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the division business objectives.
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities.
* Develop and implement marketing plans for the product portfolio.
* Oversee brand management and positioning.

2. Business Development:
* Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.
* Market Entry Strategies: Developing and executing strategies for entering new geographic markets, including market research, regulatory considerations, and distribution channel establishment.
* Collaborate with sales teams to achieve business goals.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize market share.

* Team Management:
* Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
* Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
* Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
* Vision and Strategy: Articulating a clear vision for the marketing team that aligns with the overall company goals. Creating a strategic roadmap to achieve these objectives.
* Culture Building: Fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture within the marketing team. Encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
* Change Management: Leading the team through organizational changes, such as restructuring, process improvements, or new product launches. Effectively communicating the rationale for change and providing support to the team.
* Motivation and Engagement: Creating a positive and motivating work environment. Recognizing and rewarding employee contributions.

Financial Management:
* Develop and manage marketing budgets.
* Analyze marketing ROI and optimize marketing spend.
* Ensure financial accountability and profitability of marketing initiatives.
* Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
* Maintain compliance with advertising codes and pharmaceutical regulations.
* Stakeholder Management:
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and partners.
