Marketing & Sales Manager (Sialkot)

Sialkot, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing & sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities (local and international markets).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Lead brand development, digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and analyze performance against KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients/customers.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends.
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor, train, and lead the sales & marketing team.

Requirements:

  • MBA/BBA (Marketing/Business Administration) or equivalent.
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in sports goods).
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of export procedures and international trade will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
