Position Overview

Advanced Mobile Wound Care of NY is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Marketing Representative to expand awareness of our advanced mobile wound care services throughout the Rochester, Finger Lakes and Western New York region. This role is responsible for developing referral relationships with healthcare providers, assisted living communities, home health agencies, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, organized, and comfortable working independently while building strong community and healthcare partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with:
• Physicians and medical practices
• Home health agencies
• Assisted living and senior living communities
• Rehabilitation centers
• Case managers and discharge planners
• Promote Advanced Mobile Wound Care services to healthcare professionals and community partners
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach activities
• Generate and track new patient referrals
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support business growth initiatives
• Attend networking events and community healthcare meetings as needed
• Meet monthly referral and patient growth goals

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare marketing, medical sales, physician liaison, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in wound care, home health, medical services, or healthcare outreach is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 annually
• Bonus Structure:
• $250 bonus for every advanced wound care patient referral over 10 patients per month
• Monthly vehicle/travel stipend provided

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
