Customer Sales Representative

In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality digital marketing solutions and Australian businesses looking to grow. If you thrive on targets, love a fast-paced environment, and can communicate effectively with Australian clients, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Execute cold-calling and email outreach campaigns targeting businesses across Australia.
• Lead Conversion: Qualify leads, identify pain points, and pitch our digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Dev).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM and follow up on leads diligently.
• Australian Market Adaptation: Adapt your communication style, tone, and business etiquette to suit the Australian professional culture.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional English: Neutral accent or strong ability to adapt to an Australian business tone.
• Sales Mindset: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales. You should be hungry for commissions and motivated by targets.
• Market Knowledge: A basic understanding of how Digital Marketing works. You don’t need to be an expert, but you need to know how to sell the value of SEO/Social Media.
• Persistence: You don’t take "no" for an answer easily and know how to handle objections professionally.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in shifts that align with Australian business hours.
