Marketing & Social Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing & Social Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves creating engaging content, staying on top of social media trends, and helping build a community around women’s health, hormones, and functional wellness.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Brand Manager to plan and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Support content creation including graphics, captions, reels, and stories that align with Rever’s brand voice and mission
• Help maintain a content calendar, submitting content in advance for review
• Track engagement and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations
• Assist with marketing campaigns, partnerships, and events to grow brand awareness
• Stay updated on social media and wellness trends to keep content fresh and relevant

Requirements

• Experience managing or assisting with social media for a brand, business, or personal platform
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok best practices
• Creative skills in writing, design, or video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
• Interest in wellness, functional medicine, or women’s health is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate with a small team and present ideas clearly
• Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing strategies
