4 The Future Consulting Group is a growing organization looking to expand its brand presence. We are seeking a creative, self-motivated Marketing & Social Media Consultant to manage our social media, create engaging content, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing and website use.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of our social media platforms: plan, post, and monitor content.
• Develop strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and manage content including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
• Produce professional-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns and website.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with the team on projects and campaigns.
• Travel locally or regionally as needed to capture content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must reside in the Houston area.
• Proven experience managing social media and creating content.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Proficient with social media tools, video production, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
• Experience with SEO, email marketing, or digital advertising.

Experience:

• Minimum: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing campaigns.
• Preferred: 3–5 years, especially if they will be taking full ownership of your social media platforms and producing professional-quality content (photos/videos).

Education:

• Required: None strictly required — this is a skills-based role.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field can be listed as a preference but not a must, since strong portfolio and experience matter more for a consultant.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (Project-Based / 1099)

Compensation:

• $50–$75/hour (project-based, depending on experience and scope).
