Reports to: Creative Director – Video & Marketing

We’re a growing construction company in Rochester looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team! This role is perfect for someone creative, organized, and collaborative who thrives on keeping brands fresh and engaging—both online and in the community.

You’ll work under the Creative Director, whose focus is video production and overall creative direction, while you take ownership of social media growth, graphic design, and community-level marketing. Think of this role as both:

• Assistant to the Creative Director on larger creative projects (video shoots, campaigns, graphics).
• Independent lead for community engagement (local events, sponsorships, giveaways, and social initiatives).

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day social media posting and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on marketing campaigns and creative direction.
• Plan and execute local events and community marketing efforts (e.g. giveaways, sponsorships, brand activations).
• Capture and edit photos/videos of projects and run B camera on larger shoots.
• Contribute to motion graphics and graphic design projects.
• Keep our brand consistent, timely, and visible.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field.
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
• Photo/video editing experience (Adobe Suite or similar).
• Motion graphics and graphic design skills a plus.
• SEO knowledge a plus.
• A true team player who takes direction well and contributes positively to collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
