Marketing & Social Media Coordinator – Full Arch Dental Practice

Your Impact:

This role is about attracting and converting full-arch patients through digital and community marketing. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) with engaging conversion-focused content, including photos, videos, reels, patient success stories, and educational posts that build trust, inspire confidence, and drive consults
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, paid social)
• Coordinate referring doctor outreach: study clubs, lunch & learns, and drop-offs
• Track and report on leads, consult conversions, engagement, and ROI
• Bring innovative ideas to expand awareness of our full-arch services

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years marketing, social media, or communications experience (healthcare/dental a plus)
• Skilled in content creation (photo, video, graphics)
• Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Suite; experience with Google Ads/SEO preferred
• Organized, creative, and results-driven
