Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing and Office Coordinator to join our Dubai office full-time.
This dynamic role combines marketing, social media, customer coordination, and office administration. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with modern AI-based marketing tools to help build and promote the MotogenX brand globally.

About MotogenX

MotogenX Endurance Services is a UAE-based automotive testing and validation company specializing in vehicle durability, endurance, and homologation programs across the GCC. Headquartered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, we work closely with global car manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers to help them validate and optimize vehicles and components for the region’s demanding conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

• Create, plan, and manage daily social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Design engaging marketing materials, graphics, and short videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or AI platforms like ChatGPT and Midjourney
• Support in developing brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns targeting automotive clients globally
• Maintain consistent brand identity aligned with MotogenX’s high-tech image

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Respond to online inquiries, calls, and messages from potential clients and suppliers
• Assist with lead management, quotations, and client follow-ups
• Schedule meetings and coordinate between clients, engineers, and the workshop team
• Help prepare and organize marketing events, exhibitions, and presentations

Office Administration

• Manage general office operations and supplies
• Coordinate internal communication between departments
• Support management with administrative tasks and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of AI marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)
• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
