Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to build and manage our creator marketing program and support day-to-day management of our social media presence.

This role will manage day-to-day influencer campaigns using the Aspire.io creator marketing platform, including creator outreach, campaign coordination, and product seeding logistics.

This role is execution-focused, not content creation. It’s at the intersection of creator partnerships, campaign execution, and marketing operations - ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and logistics in a fast-moving startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Management

  • Monitor and manage all inbound activity across social and web platforms
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
  • Flag important trends, feedback, or customer issues to the internal team
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and responsiveness across all accounts

Influencer & Ambassador Program Management

  • Manage influencer marketing platform (Aspire) - support execution of campaigns from brief design to completion
  • Coordinate outreach, communication, and follow-ups with creators and ambassadors
  • Assist in negotiating deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
  • Manage and track product seeding, shipments, and campaign participation
  • Build and maintain an organized database of influencer contacts and partnerships
  • Conceptualize new marketing opportunities with creators, new and ongoing brand partners

Product Seeding & Logistics

  • Procurement of promotional products for campaigns and marketing programs
  • Coordinate product shipments to creators for influencer campaigns and product seeding programs
  • Manage creator address collection and shipment tracking
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and fulfillment partners to ensure timely product delivery

Reporting & Insights

  • Compile weekly reports across social platforms and influencer campaigns
  • Track key metrics (engagement, growth, creator performance, campaign ROI)
  • Identify patterns, top-performing creators, and actionable insights
  • Conduct competitive analysis by monitoring competitors’ social media activity, promotional strategies, and overall marketing initiatives

Product Development

  • Monitor and track consumer feedback across all social platforms (comments, DMs, reviews, tagged content) to identify trends, issues, and product opportunities
  • Act as the central point of coordination for consumer insights, ensuring timely and organized communication of feedback to internal teams (marketing, product development, sales)
  • Flag recurring product concerns or quality issues in real time and escalate to the appropriate teams for review and resolution

Sales Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with retailer social media and marketing teams to support joint brand initiatives, launch strategies, including social amplification, in-store support, and cross-promotional opportunities
  • Identify and develop collaboration ideas (giveaways, influencer tie-ins, co-branded content) that drive traffic and sell-through at retail
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and retail partners to ensure alignment on campaign timing, messaging, and assets

Tradeshows & Brand Events

  • Support overall tradeshow and event execution with a focus on brand visibility and engagement
  • Coordinate with influencers and content creators to capture and amplify real-time social moments during events
  • Capture and organize event content for post-show recaps, internal reporting, and ongoing marketing use

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media coordination, influencer marketing, or digital marketing (CPG preferred)
  • Experience using influencer platforms/tools preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
  • Proficiency in Excel for tracking and reporting

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
