QA Analyst /Software Tester

Skill

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (manual + automation preferred).

• Ability to design and execute functional, regression, UAT, and performance testing.

• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar).

• Knowledge of SQL queries for backend data validation.

• Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is an advantage.

• Strong documentation skills to create clear and detailed test cases and reports.

• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce/diagnose issues.

Criteria

Experience: 1–3 years (exceptional freshers with solid projects may apply).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Work Mode: On-site at our Surat office. (No remote option.)
Mindset: Proactive in identifying issues, collaborative, and willing to take ownership of quality.

Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.

• Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and ERP applications.

• Track, report, and document bugs using bug-tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.

• Conduct sanity, regression, and integration testing before releases.

• Ensure product quality by testing against functional and business requirements.

• Support client-side UAT and create detailed QA documentation.
