Marketing & Social Media Intern

The Carter Real Estate Team is hiring a creative, motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to support our growing real estate brand in Colorado Springs. This role is perfect for a student studying marketing, communications, digital media, or business who wants real-world creative experience and a strong portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Film + edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
• Capture behind-the-scenes content at listings, team events, and local spots
• Create Canva graphics (Just Listed, Sold, Testimonials, etc.)
• Manage and update our weekly content calendar
• Write captions with AI tools (we’ll train you)
• Assist with email newsletters and basic website updates
• Track analytics and help with monthly reporting
• Organize brand photos, videos, and templates

What We’re Looking For

• Creative eye + strong social media instincts
• Comfortable filming and working with people
• Experience with TikTok/Instagram Reels
• Canva or Adobe knowledge
• Reliable, organized, and a self-starter

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• CapCut or Adobe Premiere editing
• Photography skills
• Experience with ChatGPT, Canva AI, or Descript
• Interest in real estate, home design, or lifestyle content

Pay

$15–$20/hr depending on experience

Schedule

Flexible 10–15 hours per week. Some in-person filming is required.
