Marketing & Social Media Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Officer (Female) to develop, execute, and oversee our comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple platforms. Managing our social media channels, enhancing brand visibility, fostering engagement within online communities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and content.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget allocations and build and maintain relationships with online influencers and partners.

- Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other digital communication channels.

- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

- Support the organization’s branding and communication efforts.

Job Specification:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

- Proven 2 to 4 years’ experience in social media management and digital marketing.

- Experience in Designing, content creation & editing and digital tools usage

- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
