We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow our company’s online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, profile management, and maintaining a professional brand image for both the company and its employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Create engaging posts, banners, and visuals using Canva and other design tools
- Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with company branding and marketing goals
- Maintain and optimize LinkedIn profiles of employees and support employer branding activities
- Write professional captions, posts, and basic marketing content
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and manage inbox queries
- Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports
- Coordinate with management for announcements, campaigns, and corporate updates
- Ensure consistent branding across all social media platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager (experience in logistics/freight forwarding is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Hands-on experience with Canva and similar design tools
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing corporate LinkedIn pages
- Knowledge of B2B social media marketing
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Basic video editing skills
