Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage daily social media content for multiple F&B outlets and hotel brands.
- Capture on-site content (photo/video) during restaurant operations, events, menu launches, and hotel experiences.
- Develop digital marketing campaigns that drive reservations, foot traffic, and brand awareness.
- Work closely with chefs, restaurant managers, and hotel teams to highlight promotions, seasonal menus, events, and guest experiences.
- Manage online reviews and guest interactions on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and booking sites.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in website updates, email marketing, and promotional design materials.
- Monitor hospitality trends, competitor activity, and influencer opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing or social media experience in F&B restaurants, hotels, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality branding, guest expectations, and visual storytelling.
- Skilled in content creation—photos, videos, reels, and short-form edits.
- Proficient with social media tools and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft enticing food and hospitality-focused copy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple venues or brands at once.
- Familiarity with reservation systems, POS platforms, or hotel operations is a plus
- Local hire only available in Qatar
