Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for producing and refining written and video content in alignment with the MedEquip Shops Sales & Marketing Strategy to attract and convert qualified leads. This role focuses on blog and Social content, SEO, website engagement, and email marketing campaigns that support sales goals and enhance customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate excels at executing defined content strategies, creating helpful and educational material based on established goals, and using data to fine-tune campaigns in line with existing performance standards. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position designed for a marketing professional who enjoys working within a defined strategy to produce, measure, and refine high-quality inbound marketing content. Success in this role comes from following proven processes, maintaining accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with the team to support established marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, product descriptions, and social media captions that inform and inspire our audience.

  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos highlighting our products, customer testimonials, tutorials, and company culture.

  • Platform Management: Publish and manage content on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and our website, tailoring each piece for maximum impact.


  • Website Management:
    Update website content, assist with basic website maintenance, and collaborate with our web team to enhance site usability.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance and use data-driven insights to refine and improve future content.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop content strategies that support business goals.

  • Customer Interaction: Visit referring facilities to gain insight on their needs to support efforts related to content generation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in inbound marketing, content creation, or digital lead generation.

  • Proven ability to write and publish blog content, marketing emails, and website copy that drives engagement and leads.

  • Experience using WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to apply them in content creation.

  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation (please include a portfolio or examples of your work).

  • Experience managing content on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Basic website management experience (WordPress, Shopify Wix, or similar platforms).
