Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be the creative engine behind our online and offline marketing efforts. You’ll develop content, manage campaigns, and work closely with our sales team to ensure our message resonates with customers. This is an onsite role in NW Houston—perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X

· Write blog articles and develop creative marketing content

· Design and execute e-mail marketing campaigns and digital ads

· Assist with graphic design projects using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and similar tools

· Capture and edit photos and videos using digital cameras and editing software

· Work closely with the Director of Sales and sales team to align marketing with business goals

· Organize company and customer events/functions

· Track and report marketing performance metrics

· Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools), and basic video editing

· Knowledge of major social media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to think outside the box

· Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

· Outgoing, personable, and receptive to constructive feedback
