Job Description:
Platform Management & Data Hygiene

Manage and maintain CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to ensure clean and reliable data.

Oversee platform administration and data hygiene.

Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth tool integration and usage.
Campaign Execution Funnel Optimization

Set up and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and lead scoring to improve lead flow and conversion.

Build landing pages and email nurture sequences.

Monitor lead progression through the funnel and identify bottlenecks.

Develop event-specific lead capture forms and automate follow-up processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Support

Work closely with Sales and Product teams across business units to synchronize efforts and resolve technical issues.

Coordinate between business units and geographies.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform and campaign-related technical problems.
AI Integration

Leverage AI tools to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance across both digital and offline channels.

Apply AI-driven insights for audience segmentation, location targeting, and media buying optimization.

Use AI to personalize content, enhance customer engagement, and improve lead scoring.

Measure and track the effectiveness of campaigns (online and offline) through AI-enabled analytics dashboards.

Support teams with adopting AI-powered solutions to optimize budget allocation and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Must-have
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

4 - 6 years of experience in marketing.

Experience with marketing tools such as Print Materials, Event Marketing, Direct Marketing, and On-Site Branding.

Experience with MS Office.

Experience in B2B industry.

English (Advanced).

Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools.

Marketing certificate/diploma Degree.

Previous experience in scientific services, laboratory testing, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
