Investor Relations Senior Manager

Main Job Purpose:

Serve as the key link with the investment community by ensuring transparent communication, timely disclosures, and strong investor relationships, with the goal of enhancing shareholder confidence, supporting fair valuation, and driving long-term value creation.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and deliver accurate, consistent, and transparent communication to investors, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure investor trust and maintain clarity in the company’s financial story and growth direction.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, analyst reports, and investor sentiment to provide management with insights that inform strategic decisions and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Communications teams to align external messaging with corporate goals to ensure investors clearly understand the company’s business model, long-term vision, and value creation plan.
• Ensure timely, accurate disclosures and adherence to stock exchange and regulatory requirements to safeguard the company’s reputation, protect shareholder interests, and maintain legal compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail investors; respond to queries with accuracy and timeliness to enhance shareholder engagement and foster long-term investor loyalty.
• Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful reports, presentations, and disclosures for investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies to ensure transparency and compliance
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reports to top management on market trends, investor sentiment, peer benchmarking, and capital market activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide management with data-driven insights, market intelligence, and investor feedback to support informed strategic and financial decision-making.
• Manage all disclosures related to Beltone shares to ensure all relevant news and disclosures are shared with EGX in full compliance with listing and disclosure rules.
• Oversee and the official Beltone website content to ensure investors have access to accurate, timely, and consistent information reflecting the company’s performance and strategic direction.
• Oversee internal and external data and developments to produce accurate interpretations of financial and strategic conditions, preventing miscommunication and supporting informed decision-making.
• Ensure complete knowledge and application of Listing and Disclosure Rules to maintain strict compliance with all regulatory reporting standards and obligations as mandated by the EGX and FRA.
• Oversee the investor presentation every quarter to provide investors with a clear, visually engaging, and accurate overview of the company’s performance, strategy, and market outlook.
• Participate in budgeting meetings with business units to gain visibility into financial planning and strategy, aligning IR messaging with internal forecasts and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Company guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• CFA or MBA with focus on Investments, or Finance or Economics is plus.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, or Capital Markets.
• Local and international experience in investment and finance.
• Listing & Disclosure Rules is a plus
• Familiarity with EGX/FRA regulations is a plus.
• Excellent financial analysis skills and understanding of valuation methods.
• Market insights and storytelling capabilities.
