Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will lead digital marketing initiatives, optimize customer engagement, and drive revenue growth across multiple digital channels. In this role, you will oversee strategic campaigns for email, SMS, local listings, paid search, paid social, and other digital platforms, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing performance. You will analyze data, refine digital strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies – Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans across email, SMS, local listings, paid search, paid social, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Optimize Performance and Engagement – Leverage audience insights and analytics to refine strategies, enhance engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Paid Media & Search – Manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic platforms to maximize ROI and brand reach.
  • Social media & Copywriting – Oversee creation, curation and scheduling of content across platforms to boost visibility.
  • Email & SMS Marketing Management – Oversee automated workflows, personalized messaging, and engagement strategies to increase customer retention and acquisition.
  • Local Listings & Reputation Management – Ensure accurate and optimized local listings, leveraging SEO best practices to enhance search visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with merchandising, IT, and creative teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of digital initiatives.
  • Budget & Performance Tracking – Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently while tracking key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovative Digital Growth Strategies – Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with emerging digital opportunities to enhance business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 - 5 years in digital marketing, with expertise in multi-channel strategy and performance optimization. Retail marketing experience preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in paid media, search marketing, email automation platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership & Innovation: Strong ability to lead projects, inspire teams, and challenge the status quo with cutting-edge marketing solutions.
  • Analytical & Creative Thinker: Ability to blend performance analytics with compelling brand storytelling for maximum impact.
  • Strategic Vision: A deep understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, and digital trends shaping the future of marketing.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
