We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence, generate quality leads, and build brand awareness through result-driven digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
• Manage and create lead generation and awareness campaigns
• Work with other marketing members to develop engaging social media content calendar aligned with the brand strategy
• Track and report performance of all digital campaigns (CPC, CTR, CPL, ROI)
• Coordinate with designers and photographers for high-quality marketing materials
• Able to Edit videos
• Use SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic traffic and keyword ranking
• Able to work with CRM softwares like Zoho
• Stay updated on beauty trends and digital marketing innovations

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in health or beauty sector
• Proven experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to multitask
