We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate Arty’s brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing social media channels, designing engaging content, and executing marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals.

### Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow Arty’s presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and WhatsApp.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, videos, and stories.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance; optimize content accordingly.

Content Creation & Design:

- Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and posts that align with Arty’s branding.

- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.

Website & Digital Assets:

- Suggest and assist in designing a user-friendly and engaging website.

- Maintain and update website content as needed.

Email Marketing & Campaigns:

- Design and send email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.

- Create email templates and track campaign performance.

Business Proposals & Branding:

- Develop professional business proposals and presentations for potential clients.

- Maintain and enhance Arty’s brand identity across all channels.

Reporting & Market Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, social media analytics, and campaign ROI.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and optimize marketing strategies.

### Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.

Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).

Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, TikTok editing tools, etc.).

Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.

Ability to develop engaging content and creative ideas.

Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Knowledge of branding and business proposal development.

Experience with website suggestions and basic SEO is a plus.

Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights.
