Job Description:

As a Social Media Moderator at Zhivago, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and managing social media platforms to ensure all user interactions align with our community guidelines and brand values.
• Responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Identifying and reporting any inappropriate or harmful content.
• Engaging with followers and fostering a positive online environment.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to support content strategy and community engagement.
• Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Advanced English (both writing and speaking) – Strong communication skills are a must.
• High-profile professionalism and a polished online presence.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
