We’re now looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to turn ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote Teza Doors & Windows products.
• Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), email campaigns, and website.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots for products, installations, and client education.
• Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support customer outreach.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Run marketing reports and analyze data to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior trends.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Support trade shows, events, and local advertising efforts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing software.
• Ability to run reports, analyze marketing data, and present actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (preferred, not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
