Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Manage social media accounts and develop targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google AdWords.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the leasing teams to align marketing efforts with occupancy goals and strategies.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and track expenditures against the budget.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content.
  • Familiarity with WordPress for website management and HTML for basic coding tasks.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience with B2B marketing strategies is preferred.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online advertising sales is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
