About the Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll collaborate with Sales Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling content, manage marketing projects, and enhance our brand visibility. You’ll lead creative initiatives, oversee timelines, and ensure all marketing materials reflect our brand’s excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies across print, digital, and web.

Design high-quality materials: brochures, catalogs, signage, logos, and more.

Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to create training media.

Manage the Market Requirements Document (MRD) process for new products.

Conduct market and customer research to inform campaigns.

Oversee marketing budgets and process related purchase orders.

Optimize web presence and user experience across owned sites.

Lead brainstorming sessions and project kickoffs.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B setting.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Experience with website management (WordPress, SEO, UX).

Strong communication, design, and storytelling skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with a collaborative mindset.
