Overview
Traffic Sales & Profit (TSP) is seeking a creative and detail oriented Marketing Specialist to help execute high-impact marketing campaigns, program launches and digital promotions that drive growth across our brand.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on in every part of the marketing process from writing and scheduling content to building email automations, supporting program launches and helping wireframe web and sales pages that convert. You’ll work closely with our outside vendors and the marketing team to bring big ideas to life, leveraging CRM systems and AI tools to streamline workflows and deliver measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
1. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social and digital platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and deliverables for launches, events and promotions.
- Manage and track campaign performance to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to manage and complete projects and tasks.
2. Content Development & Management
- Write and edit compelling marketing copy for websites, social media, email and ads.
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging graphics, videos and digital assets.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
3. Program & Product Launch Support
- Support the planning and execution of marketing automations and activities for new programs, events and products.
- Upload and schedule campaign content in CRM, email, and automation tools.
- Ensure all pre-launch, launch and post-launch communications are accurate and deployed on schedule.
- Track registrations, conversions and engagement to measure launch success.
4. Content Creation & Social Support
- Write and edit copy for social posts, email campaigns and marketing materials.
- Schedule content and maintain a consistent posting rhythm across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement metrics and surface insights for future content planning.
5. CRM & Marketing Automation
- Use a CRM system (Keap/Infusionsoft) to manage leads, contacts, tagging and automations.
- Support building and segment email lists for targeted campaigns.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure proper lead flow through funnels.
- Assist in setting up and testing automated workflows, triggers and sequences.
6. AI & Digital Tools Integration
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to support campaign ideation, copy generation and content planning.
- Research and integrate new AI marketing tools to increase team productivity and personalization.
- Use AI-driven insights to optimize messaging and creative direction.
7. Web & Sales Page Wireframing
- Assist in creating wireframes and outlines for sales pages, landing pages and opt-in pages that align with marketing strategy and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to map user flow, content hierarchy, and visual structure before development.
- Review page builds to ensure functionality, design and messaging align with campaign objectives.
- Gather performance data post-launch to suggest improvements for user experience and conversion rates.
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign and funnel performance using CRM dashboards, analytics tools and reports.
- Prepare summaries of campaign results and recommend opportunities for optimization.
- Support A/B testing efforts to improve messaging, visuals and user flow.
Skill & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital, events or online education environments.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, or analytics.
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to growing with the team, and are dedicated to learning and growing.
- Analytical skills to identify and solve issues before they arise.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance reporting.
- Effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
