JOB SCOPE

The Marketing Specialist will be focusing on managing and developing marketing collaterals within our Plaza Premium Lounges. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all in-lounge marketing materials align with brand guidelines, enhance the customer journey and support our global and regional partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will also have a strong creative eye and contribute to content creation for social media, showcasing our premium lounge experience to a wider audience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Collaterals Management

  • Coordinate the design, production and placement of marketing collaterals (posters, digital screens, brochures, signage, etc.) across lounges.
  • Ensure all materials reflect the Plaza Premium brand identity and meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with procurement, lounge operations and partner brands to deliver timely rollouts.
  • Track performance of marketing activations within lounges and provide reporting/insights.

Content & Creative Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and produce content that highlights lounge services, brand partnerships and customer experiences.
  • Capture, edit and curate high-quality visual content (photos, videos) for both internal and external use.
  • Support social media campaigns by providing lounge-specific content that strengthens brand storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with procurement, sales and operations teams to align on activations that drive both brand visibility and revenue.

Brand Standards & Customer Experience

  • Act as a brand guardian within the lounges, ensuring all touchpoints reflect Plaza Premium’s premium positioning.
  • Continuously assess lounge marketing visibility and propose improvements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel or luxury sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative eye for design and content creation; proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media content trends (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Passion for travel and hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
