Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and supporting our clients’ growth through data-driven insights and creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Coordinate with the design and video teams to create engaging marketing materials
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize for better ROI
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Manage social media calendars and content strategies for multiple clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI-driven solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital agency environment
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising tools
• Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Creative, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
