The Marketing Specialist will support AgXplore’s marketing strategy through digital presence, creative design, branding, and content creation. This role focuses on elevating AgXplore’s brand through website design, SEO, multimedia content, and consistent visual storytelling across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, with strong creative instincts and technical skills to manage multiple projects effectively.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, design, or digital communications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or similar design tools.
  • Experience with website content management systems (WordPress Squarespace or similar).
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools. (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Strong visual and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in agriculture or manufacturing industry is a plus.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES

  • Design and develop marketing materials and brand assets across print and digital platforms.
  • Manage and update company website to ensure content accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Lead SEO optimization efforts using analytics tools to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Create, edit, and produce videos for product promotions, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies, messaging, and branding concepts to strengthen brand identity.
  • Manage marketing collateral and promotional materials, including tracking inventory and fulfillment.
  • Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee design and formatting of product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in collaboration with Regulatory and Product Management teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Regulatory, and Operations to support marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support trade shows, events, and customer visits, ensuring brand consistency and professional representation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
