Marketing Specialist

About the Company - Insight Global is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our brand and marketing efforts.

About the Role - Responsibilities include:

• Create and design presentation decks for sales teams
• Develop and manage content for social media, including captions and posts
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Help leverage CRM systems to enhance marketing efforts
• Contribute to the creation of sales cycles
• Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials and swag
• Attend career fairs to promote the organization
• Produce promotional materials to support marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and hungry for success
• Creative thinker with the ability to bounce ideas off others (e.g., reviewing social media posts)
• Sharp and detail-oriented
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Figma
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Video editing skills
• Experience in social media content creation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of marketing strategy
• Familiarity with brand consistency and promotional materials

Pay range and compensation package

$22/hr to $40/hr.
