Requirements:

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Campaign coordination: Assist in developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, including creating marketing timelines and coordinating promotional events.
  • Content management: Create and manage content for various platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice. This includes social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.
  • Campaign support: Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and PR campaigns, including preparing promotional materials like brochures and newsletters.
  • Content and digital support: Write and coordinate content for websites and social media, help update databases, and maintain media assets.
  • Data and analytics: Track marketing performance, analyze campaign data, and prepare reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Vendor and team collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Administrative support: Maintain marketing databases, schedule content, and assist with administrative tasks like budget monitoring and SEO tracking.
  • Coordination: Help coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editing.
  • Organization: Strong project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with various marketing platforms and channels, digital marketing best practices, and analytical tools.
  • Creativity: Ability to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is often required.
  • Software proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce are essential.
