Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist (Female Only) will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives across digital, e-commerce, and offline platforms. This role involves creating engaging visual content, managing online stores (Amazon, Noon, etc.), preparing business presentations, and assisting in brand communication for Aqara by JST in the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Design:

Create and design engaging posts, stories, and banners for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Maintain brand consistency and support campaigns for Aqara products.

E-commerce Management:

Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Noon, and other online platforms.

Monitor product reviews, sales performance, and assist in promotional campaigns.

Presentation & Marketing Collateral:

Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, catalogs, and product sheets for clients and distributors.

Coordinate with sales teams to create tailored marketing materials.

Communication & Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams and distributors for campaign execution and content approvals.

Support event preparations, trade shows, and showroom promotions.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Track competitor activities, new product launches, and digital trends to improve marketing strategies.

Key Skills Required:

Graphic Design Proficiency (Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator)

Social Media Management (Content creation & scheduling)

E-commerce Platform Knowledge (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.)

Strong PowerPoint & Presentation Skills

Excellent Communication & Coordination Abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer electronics or smart home industry.

Knowledge of smart home products is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
