📞 Telemarketer – Job Responsibilities & Requirements

🌟 What You’ll Do

• 📲 Proactively reach out to potential customers using company-provided call lists, clearly explaining our services and offerings.
• 🎓 Arrange trial classes for interested customers and follow up to ensure they attend their scheduled sessions.
• ❓ Handle pre-sales inquiries , providing timely, accurate, and helpful information.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the team to review customer needs and contribute ideas to enhance pre-sales processes and marketing strategies.
• 🗂️ Support administrative tasks , including preparing reports and completing assignments from your supervisor.

✅ Requirements

• 📅 Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• 🎓 Fresh graduates with no experience are also welcome —training will be provided
• 🗣️ English communication skills at B1 level or above.
• 💪 Strong patience, resilience, and excellent verbal communication skills.
• 📞 Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls daily.

📍 Work Schedule & Location:

📌 Location:

• Maadi, Cairo (on-site position)

🕒 Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (includes a 1 hour and 15 min break )
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: Day off
