Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and drive company growth across digital channels. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who can manage multi-channel marketing, develop effective campaigns, optimize digital visibility, and support overall business development strategies.

The role includes managing social media, improving SEO performance, creating and executing email marketing campaigns, and applying modern marketing tools to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services
  • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and create engaging content
  • Implement SEO best practices to increase website visibility and organic traffic
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, announcements, product updates)
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjust strategies based on insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Implement tailored marketing approaches for GCC, Asian, European, and US markets
  • Support digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads — if applicable)
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent and effective brand communication
  • Contribute to planning and execution of marketing initiatives for exhibitions, events, and product launches

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing, SMM, and SEO
  • Understanding of international marketing strategies and consumer behavior in GCC, Asia, Europe, and the USA
  • Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and lead generation
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred

Work Format

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
