We are seeking a highly motivated SEO and SEM Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing search engine strategies to increase website visibility, drive qualified traffic, and improve overall online performance across our e-commerce platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure our digital presence aligns with brand goals and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities based on trends and competition.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimization including meta tags, site structure, link-building, and technical audits.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new and existing content.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO KPIs (organic traffic, CTR, ranking positions, conversions).
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO industry best practices.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure consistent performance growth.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Develop retargeting strategies to improve conversion and retention rates.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed monthly reports on SEO/SEM performance with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Use tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and GA4 to track performance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in SEO and SEM roles (preferably in e-commerce or beauty/luxury industry).
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
