Full-Time | Hybrid

We are a fast-growing, multi-brand service company looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who can own day-to-day execution across social media, SEO, and graphic design. This role is for someone who enjoys creating, testing, optimizing, and scaling real marketing assets that drive leads and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and schedule content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and others
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
• Track performance and adjust content based on data and trends

SEO and Local Search

• Optimize website content for on-page SEO
• Create SEO-driven blog posts and service pages
• Conduct keyword research and implement location-based SEO strategies
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions

Graphic Design and Creative

• Design graphics for social media, ads, email, blogs, and print
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple brands
• Create simple video graphics, thumbnails, and promotional visuals
• Work with existing brand assets and style guides

General Marketing Support

• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Support promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local initiatives
• Collaborate with operations and leadership on marketing initiatives
• Test and optimize campaigns for performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing or related role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and local SEO
• Graphic design experience using tools like Canva
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• Experience with service-based or local businesses
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
