Job Description

Al Owaid Group is one of the biggest food & beverage companies in the region and the leading honey producer since 1991, known for premium natural honey and bee-based wellness products distributed across Kuwait and the Gulf.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and coordinating marketing initiatives, contributing to content ideation, influencer collaborations, and the development of engaging marketing concepts across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives
• Contribute to brainstorming and developing creative marketing ideas and content concepts
• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and coordinating with influencers aligned with the brand
• Participate in planning and writing content scenarios and storytelling ideas for social media platforms
• Support the execution of marketing activities across multiple functions and channels
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing objectives
• Take on diverse marketing-related tasks as needed, depending on campaign and business requirements

Requirements & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation
• Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and concepts
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to different marketing needs
• Experience with influencer marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
