Position Overview
We’re seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand and drive growth in the higher education financing solutions space. You’ll help develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, collaborate with business development, client success, and operations teams, and position TFC as the go-to partner for institutions seeking flexible and compliant payment solutions with exceptional servicing.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns through Zoho Marketing Automation or Campaigns to nurture inbound leads, engage current clients, and promote new features or services
- Create and manage social media campaigns across digital LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Draft and edit marketing copy for digital campaigns, newsletters, and communications
- Design visual materials including graphics, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials
- Help maintain website content and implement SEO best practices
- Develop targeted campaigns for institutional decision-makers, bursars, financial aid administrators, and student financial services teams
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Strengthen TFC Tuition’s brand identity and messaging to differentiate us from competitors
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring cohesive voice, tone, and visual identity
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify positioning opportunities
- Monitor brand perception and recommend strategic improvements
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive qualified inbound lead generation
- Create customized marketing materials that support business development
- Partner with business development team on account-based marketing strategies for high-value institutional prospects
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed for specialized projects
Event Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Coordinate trade show presence, conference participation, webinars, and virtual events
- Draft press releases, company announcements, and thought leadership content
- Identify speaking opportunities and awards submissions to build industry credibility
Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all marketing initiatives (Zoho Marketing Automation and Campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Prepare reports on marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current on higher education trends, regulatory changes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Understand competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education, edtech, fintech, or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong proficiency with email marketing campaigns and platforms (Zoho Marketing Automation or Campaigns preferred)
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred) and website management
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, or similar)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
