Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team at New Dawn Treatment Center in Roseville, CA. This vital role is responsible for developing and executing our overall marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive client admissions. They should have strong experience with online social medial (paid and organic) and preferably some experience working on Google ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and branding plans to meet business objectives.
• Establish, manage, and allocate marketing budgets across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand messaging is consistent across all platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, pe
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytic tools.
• Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license, clean driving record, and maintain personal auto insurance coverage.
• Good understanding of the local market and referral base.
• Ability to create and develop referral sources.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Must have a current TB test or chest x-ray.
• Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA and CFR-42 client confidentiality regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
